Diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride · DADMAC MONOMER · CAS 7398-69-8 · C8H16NCl
A high-purity, aggregated quaternary ammonium salt and high charge-density cationic monomer for PolyDADMAC and specialty copolymer routes. Supplied as a colorless to transparent liquid that dissolves readily in water and polymerizes into linear homopolymers or copolymers with predictable charge and molecular weight control.
DADMAC MONOMER is a high-purity, aggregated quaternary ammonium salt and a high charge-density cationic monomer. It appears as a colorless, transparent liquid with low odour, dissolves very easily in water (molecular weight 161.5), and is the key feedstock for PolyDADMAC and many cationic copolymers used in water treatment, papermaking, and specialty formulations.
Stable at normal temperature; unhydrolyzed and nonflammable. Low skin irritation and low toxicity support routine industrial handling when SDS guidance is followed.
The alkenyl double bond in the structure enables efficient homopolymerization and copolymerization with acrylamide and other monomers. Typical commercial grades are offered at 65% and 60% active content—confirm exact assay, colour, and residual monomer on each certificate of analysis before scale-up.
In plant practice, monomer quality directly affects final polymer viscosity, charge density, and residual monomer in downstream products. Consistent DADMAC supply helps stabilize polymerization batches and reduces variability in coagulant performance at the application site.
Illustrative fields only—certificates of analysis and safety data sheets define each lot.

Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) · PolyDADMAC (liquid grade) · CAS 26062-79-3
High–molecular-weight cationic polyelectrolyte for charge neutralization, bridging, and solids separation in municipal and industrial water systems.
POLYDADMAC LIQUID is a linear, water-soluble cationic polymer (poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride) used as a primary coagulant or coagulant aid in drinking-water, municipal, and industrial plants. Positively charged quaternary ammonium groups along the chain neutralize anionic colloids, color bodies, and organic matter for faster floc growth, improved clarification, and lower carry-over to filters and membranes.
Consistent performance from raw-water intake to sludge handling—one chemistry, many unit operations.
Grades differ in viscosity, solids, and molecular weight; match to influent chemistry, mixing, and downstream limits.
In continuous treatment lines, dosing strategy and injection point are as important as product grade. Jar tests, streaming-current trends, and sludge dewatering feedback should be combined to define an operating window that balances clarity, chemical cost, and sludge transportability.
Application envelope depends on raw-water alkalinity, organics profile, salinity, and target discharge standards. Pilot runs are recommended for duty-critical systems.
Typical values aligned with reference TDS; confirm final procurement values by CoA.

Poly aluminum chloride · CAS 1327-41-9 · Aln(OH)mCl3n−m (0 < m < 3n)
High-efficiency inorganic polymer flocculant for drinking-water and industrial wastewater—also used in specialty treatment (heavy metals, fluoride, oil) and in casting, food, leather, and paper applications per supplier guidance.
PAC (poly aluminum chloride) is an inorganic macromolecule coagulant. Through hydroxyl bridging and polyvalent anion polymerization it forms large, highly charged hydrolysis products that provide sweep flocculation, turbidity removal, and partial colloid destabilization in raw and process waters.
Effective over about pH 5.0–9.0; many plants optimize near 6.5–7.6. Lower alkalinity consumption than some inorganic coagulants can reduce sludge volume when properly applied.
Solid industrial/wastewater grades are commonly evaluated to GB/T 22627-2014. PAC is also used in casting, food processing aids, leather, and paper routes per supplier literature. Example certificate values below are illustrative—procurement and dosing must follow lot CoA and jar tests on site water.

Acrylic acid polymer · Super absorbent polymer (SAP) · CAS 9003-04-7
High-performance super absorbent polymer (SAP) that rapidly absorbs water or saline—often hundreds to thousands of times its own weight—then swells without dissolving. Widely used for oilfield lost-circulation control, hygiene articles, agricultural water retention, and specialty absorbent formats.
Acrylic acid polymer (super absorbent polymer, SAP) is a granular white solid with super-hydrophilic groups and a unique cross-linked structure. Under normal conditions it is stable and non-dissolving; in contact with water or saline it swells rapidly to lock in fluid.

Inhibits carbonate, sulfate, and phosphate scale; under alkaline, high-temperature service (>210 °C) it often outperforms other organophosphonates on combined scale and corrosion control.
Brown yellow to brown-red viscous liquid for cooling water, boilers, oilfield refill water, and specialty routes (peroxide stabilization, chelation, pigment dispersion, fertilizer carriers, concrete modifiers, papermaking, electroplating, and acid cleaning). Used alone, little scale sediment forms even without a separate dispersant.

Liquid xanthan gum · CAS 11138-66-2 · (C35H49O29)n
High-purity xanthan biopolymer suspended in glycerin—low-solids carrying and suspending performance with shear-thinning rheology for drilling, completion, and water-based fluid programs.
Liquid xanthan gum is a high-purity xanthan biopolymer suspended in glycerin. Compared with many conventional dry polymers in oilfield drilling and completion, it builds low-solids fluids with excellent hole cleaning, cuttings transport, and solids suspension. The rheology is shear-thinning: fluids thin at high shear (bit/nozzle) and thicken at low shear (annulus) to support barite and weight material suspension.
Activity ≥40% in a stable liquid phase—reduces dust and dissolution time versus powder xanthan on remote locations and coiled-tubing spreads.
Useful over a broad pH range and compatible with many water-based mud additives. Xanthan was among the first stable thickeners for hydroscopic acid systems in oilfield service; the glycerin suspension remains easy to meter and is described as non-polluting and safe to handle per supplier TDS when used with appropriate PPE.
